Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Slice chicken and divide into meal prep containers with roasted sweet potatoes.
