  • Basmati Rice: 250 grams.
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced.
  • Fresh Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated.
  • Fresh Cilantro: for garnish.
  • Salt: to taste.
  • Vegetable Oil: 2 tablespoons.
  • Water: 500 ml (for cooking rice).

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, tikka masala spice mix, and salt for at least 1 hour.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil until browned and cooked through.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger in the same skillet.
  4. Add tomato puree to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked chicken with the sauce and stir in heavy cream, simmering for 10 minutes.
  6. Rinse basmati rice and cook in boiling water with salt for about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve the Chicken Tikka Masala over the basmati rice, garnished with fresh cilantro.
