Ingredients

- 🍄 Mushrooms – 8 oz (about 225 g), sliced
- 🌱 Green beans – 12 oz (about 340 g), trimmed
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🛢️ Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🧂 Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and add the remaining olive oil to the skillet, then sauté the sliced mushrooms until tender.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Stir in the minced garlic and return the chicken to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Plate the chicken with the sautéed mushrooms and green beans, drizzling any remaining pan juices over the top.
