Ingredients

- π₯ Bacon β 6 strips
- π Mushrooms β 8 oz (225 g), sliced
- π₯¬ Fresh spinach β 4 cups (about 120 g)
- π§ Garlic β 3 cloves, minced
- π§ Onion β 1 medium, diced
- π₯ Heavy cream β 1 cup (240 ml)
- π§ Salt β to taste
- π§ Pepper β to taste
- π’οΈ Olive oil β 1 tablespoon (for cooking)
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by washing spinach, slicing mushrooms, dicing onion, and mincing garlic.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in the same skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.

- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet, crumble bacon on top, and let everything simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
