Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring grilled shrimp marinated in chili and lime.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
