Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust chili powder for more or less heat.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra zest.
