- 🦪 Oyster sauce – 2 tablespoons
- 🛢️ Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
- 🌱 Ginger – 1 tablespoon, minced or grated
- 🌽 Cornstarch – 1 tablespoon
- 🌊 Water – 1/4 cup
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
- 🧈 Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons (for cooking)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
- Blanch the Chinese broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
- Mix oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and stir-fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir-fry the blanched Chinese broccoli for 1 minute.
- Combine the chicken and sauce in the skillet, stir well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
