  • 🌊 Water – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
  • 🧈 Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Blanch the Chinese broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
