  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g hazelnut butter
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cocoa powder or chopped nuts for coating

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate finely and place it in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
  4. Stir gently until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  5. Add hazelnut butter, butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Scoop small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
