Instructions

  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
  4. Add butter, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  5. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Scoop small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
  7. Coat each truffle in cocoa powder and refrigerate until ready to serve.
