Ingredients

  • 150g sugar

  • 100g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Melt dark chocolate and fold it into the mixture with vanilla.
  6. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
