Ingredients

- 200g chocolate cookies
- 100g melted butter
- 500g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 200g peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Melt dark chocolate and fold it into the mixture with vanilla.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother texture.
- Chill cheesecake overnight for best results.
- Top with extra chocolate or peanut butter drizzle if desired.
