- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat heavy cream until warm but not boiling.
- Pour over chocolate chips, let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, vanilla, and salt, mixing well.
- Chill mixture for 1 hour or until firm.
- Scoop small portions, roll into balls, then dust with cocoa powder.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

- Use quality chocolate for best results.
- If mixture is too soft, chill longer.
- For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
