Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Blend in sour cream, vanilla, and flour. Pour over the crust.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
