- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Pat steaks dry and rub the mixture evenly on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
