Description

Cookie dough fudge is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines the rich flavors of cookie dough with a creamy fudge topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Salted butter: 1/2 cup
  • Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Milk: 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour (heat-treated): 1 1/2 cups
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mini chocolate chips: 1 cup
  • Ghirardelli white chocolate chips: 1 cup
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (14 oz)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the salted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Mix the granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted butter until smooth.
  4. Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together heat-treated flour and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, microwaving until smooth.
  8. Layer half of the cookie dough mixture in the prepared dish, then pour the fudge layer on top.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough mixture on top of the fudge layer.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set, then cut into squares and serve.
