Ingredients

- Ghirardelli white chocolate chips: 1 cup

Instructions
- Prepare the baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.

- Mix the granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted butter until smooth.
- Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, microwaving until smooth.

- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough mixture on top of the fudge layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set, then cut into squares and serve.
