  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
  2. Add cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and cumin. Toss gently.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
