Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
- Add shredded chicken, blue cheese, celery, red onion, and walnuts to the bowl.
- Gently toss until all ingredients are well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.
