A rich and flavorful dish combining shrimp with a creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce served over fettuccine.

- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Add cooked fettuccine and mix until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
