  • Heavy cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Bell peppers: 1 red and 1 yellow, sliced
  • Onion: 1 medium, diced
  • Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup, grated
  • Parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and measuring spices.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the diced chicken until golden brown.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, then set aside.
  4. Sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet, then add garlic.
