A rich and creamy chicken Alfredo pasta dish that’s perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add more Parmesan cheese.
- Substitute chicken with shrimp or mushrooms for variation.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
