Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  6. Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve hot.
