A creamy and delicious chicken alfredo dish made easily in your slow cooker. Perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Place chicken fillets in slow cooker.
  2. Add cream, broth, parmesan, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. Shred chicken with forks.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  6. Stir cooked pasta into slow cooker mixture.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
