- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in slow cooker.
- Add cream, broth, parmesan, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred chicken with forks.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Stir cooked pasta into slow cooker mixture.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Stir occasionally if possible for even cooking.
- Add vegetables like broccoli if desired.
- Leftovers keep well for 3 days refrigerated.
