Ingredients
- Penne Pasta: 12 oz (340 g)
- Cooked Chicken: 2 cups, shredded or diced
- Bacon: 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Ranch Dressing: 1 cup
- Heavy Cream: 1 cup
- Parmesan Cheese: 1 cup, grated
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Green Onions: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the crumbled bacon and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and stir in the cooked chicken. Mix well with the bacon and garlic. Pour in the ranch dressing and heavy cream, stirring until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Gradually add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and gently toss until well combined. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
