Ingredients

Instructions
- Season the chicken cutlets with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper on both sides.
- Dredge each seasoned chicken cutlet in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

- Stir in heavy cream and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add finely grated Parmesan cheese and fresh baby spinach, stirring until the cheese melts and the spinach wilts.
- Return the cooked chicken cutlets to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over them, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Plate the chicken cutlets with the creamy sauce and vegetables, and serve.
