Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the pan to deglaze.
- Add heavy cream, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Bring to a simmer, then add gnocchi. Cook for 3-4 minutes until gnocchi is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh gnocchi for best texture.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less chicken broth.
- Substitute dried herbs with fresh if available.
