- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in chicken broth, stirring continuously.
- Add heavy cream, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
