  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  5. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Slowly pour in chicken broth, stirring continuously.
  7. Add heavy cream, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
