Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped clams
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 4 cups clam juice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until soft.
- Stir in potatoes and clam juice. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add clams and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, then serve hot.
