- 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)

- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, shredded coconut, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- Use full-fat coconut milk for better texture.
