Description

A creamy and delicious shrimp Alfredo pasta dish that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
