Ingredients

  • 🦐 Prawns: 500 grams, peeled and deveined
  • 🍅 Sun-Dried Tomatoes: 100 grams, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • 🌱 Fresh Spinach: 200 grams
  • 🥛 Heavy Cream: 250 ml
  • 🧀 Parmesan Cheese: 50 grams, grated
  • 🛢️ Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • 🧂 Salt: to taste
  • 🧂 Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by rinsing the prawns, chopping the sun-dried tomatoes, mincing the garlic, and washing the spinach.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about a minute.
  3. Add the seasoned prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Toss in the fresh spinach and let it wilt in the sauce.
  9. Return the cooked prawns to the skillet and stir to coat them in the sauce.
  10. Serve the creamy Tuscan prawns in a rustic bowl with crusty bread or over pasta.
