Ingredients
- 🦐 Prawns: 500 grams, peeled and deveined
- 🍅 Sun-Dried Tomatoes: 100 grams, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- 🌱 Fresh Spinach: 200 grams
- 🥛 Heavy Cream: 250 ml
- 🧀 Parmesan Cheese: 50 grams, grated

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by rinsing the prawns, chopping the sun-dried tomatoes, mincing the garlic, and washing the spinach.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about a minute.
- Add the seasoned prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in the fresh spinach and let it wilt in the sauce.
- Return the cooked prawns to the skillet and stir to coat them in the sauce.
- Serve the creamy Tuscan prawns in a rustic bowl with crusty bread or over pasta.

- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt.
- Frozen prawns can be used; just ensure they are thawed completely before cooking.
