- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then eggs, then panko breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss cooked chicken bites in buffalo sauce mixture.
- Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
