- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Pat dry the chicken drumsticks with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the drumsticks evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on drumstick size.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking oil before cooking.
