Crispy fried chicken made in an air fryer for a healthier alternative to traditional frying.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
  4. Coat chicken in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture.
  5. Place chicken in air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
