- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Peel and slice the onions into 1/2-inch thick rings.
- In one bowl, pour in the all-purpose flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat each onion ring in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the onion rings in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Cook the onion rings for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
