Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a shallow dish.
  2. Beat eggs and milk in another dish.
  3. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture.
  4. Dip in the egg mixture.
  5. Coat again in flour.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Fry steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels before serving.
