- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a pan to 350°F.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry tenders for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to check chicken reaches 165°F.
- For extra crispiness, double-coat with breadcrumbs.
