- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a shallow bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and water.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
