Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg and water.
  4. Dip each chicken fillet in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
