- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place coated chicken pieces on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle or spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Use coconut flour as a substitute for almond flour if needed.
