A delicious combination of crispy orange chicken served with flavorful fried rice.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup peas and carrots, diced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes.
- Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and scramble the egg.
- Add cooked rice, peas, and carrots to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Serve orange chicken over fried rice.
Notes
- Use fresh orange juice for better flavor.
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
