Description

Crispy Thai spring rolls filled with vegetables and served with a tangy dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Place a spoonful of filling on each spring roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
