- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each spring roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Keep wrappers covered to prevent drying.
- Use a damp cloth to seal the edges.
