Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by placing boneless, skinless chicken thighs at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix the marinade by combining soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs and layer sliced bell peppers on top.
- Set the crockpot to low heat for 6-7 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix with the sauce and bell peppers before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
