- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet (0.87 oz) dry chicken gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, dry gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and thyme.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir into the gravy before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
- Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
