- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
