A simple recipe for homemade dark chocolate with almonds.
Ingredients

- 200g>50>50>50>50>50>50>50g almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Break the dark chocolate into small pieces.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally.
- Add coconut oil if using, and stir until smooth.
- Mix in the chopped almonds.
- Pour the mixture into a lined tray or molds.
- Let it cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use roasted almonds for extra flavor.
- Adjust sweetness with a pinch of sugar if needed.
