  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Add chicken, carrots, peas, and celery. Stir well.
  5. Pour mixture into a deep pie dish.
  6. Cover with pie crust, crimp edges, and cut slits in the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
