- 1 roll of refrigerated cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the cookie dough base by pressing it into a greased pizza pan.
- Make the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cookie dough base and spread evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly jiggly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with caramel sauce and slice into wedges.
