Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
