An easy and comforting chicken broccoli rice casserole that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner. It’s creamy, cheesy, and packed with protein and veggies.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, and broccoli.
- In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Substitute cream of mushroom soup if preferred.
- Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
