Description

A flavorful chicken burrito filled with tender chicken, rice, beans, and fresh toppings wrapped in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp salsa

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with taco seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until fully done. Slice into strips.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. Layer rice, beans, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese on each tortilla.
  5. Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the fillings.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
  7. Serve warm.
