Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp salsa
Instructions
- Season chicken with taco seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until fully done. Slice into strips.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Layer rice, beans, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese on each tortilla.
- Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the fillings.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Serve warm.
