- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and oregano.
- Rub chicken fillet with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mix.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
