Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
