Description
A quick and easy chicken dressing casserole made on the stovetop. Perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 box (6 oz) chicken-flavored stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor.
- Add shredded cheese on top if desired.
- Adjust broth for a drier or moister texture.
