- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and zucchini for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Return chicken to the pan, mix well, and serve.

- Use fresh mushrooms for better flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
