- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Place chicken fillets in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the honey mustard mixture.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the chicken if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra caramelization, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
- Use chicken thighs if you prefer darker meat.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking for deeper flavor.
