  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Place chicken fillets in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the honey mustard mixture.
  4. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the chicken if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra caramelization, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
